Woke up this morning without hot water. Called Reliance after lunch for service and was given a time of 4-8. Technician was here at 4:30. Asad replaced a couple of parts and We had hot water!! Asad was polite and adhered to COVID protocol – wore shoe coverings, mask and gloves. Very quick service and would highly recommend!
