Great service on an emergency replacement of a rented hot water heater. The technician was in tune with the COVID situation, made me and family feel comfortable the whole time, and quickly worked through to find root cause and fix it. Left no mess and even cleaned the area of cob webs. Great service call!

Erik was very professional and helped me with my water heater breaking down. He had it replaced and working in less than 2 hours. Him and the other gentleman (who's name I did not catch, sorry!) were very kind and made sure that my walls were not bumped by the heater when moving it around. Called Reliance this AM as I woke up with furnace not working. I have a furnace protection plan (well worth it) and within 2 hours, had a tech at my door, fixed the issue and now have heat! Tech was professional, had slip on shoes to keep house clean and thorough - replaces part and did some maintenance. Happy customer!

Barrie Team Steps up to Clean Local Trail
The Barrie branch spent an afternoon cleaning up a local trail that many local families frequent. It was a fun and rewarding afternoon reminding us that a simple gesture can make a difference.
Community Caring in the Palm Of Our Hand
Reliance Team Members donated 65 used mobile phones to the Canadian National Institute for their Blind for their Phone it Forward Program. The program accepts used phones that are securely wiped and loaded with apps for the visually impaired.
Kingston Branch Donates 900lbs of Food
Partners in Mission Food Bank has been relieving hunger by distributing food hampers to low income people in the Kingston, Ontario area. The Kingston branch collected over 900lbs of food for the Food Bank to help address the food shortage in their community.
Warming Hands, Feet and Souls
Reliance’s Toronto office donated 400 pairs of socks and mittens to Covenant House and Good Sheppard Ministries. These two organizations do important work providing shelter, meals and social services to some of the most vulnerable in our community.
