Today our Reliance serviceman Jacob showed up exactly at the time he said he would. He was polite and professional. He offered a good solution to our challenge and got straight to work on it. I am pleased with the COVID courtesy he exercised. We have never had any trouble with our Reliance rental before and now we know that when we do the service team, with guys like Jacob, will look after our hot water needs promptly. We give this guy 5 stars

I just had my maintenance completed. The technician was respectful and thorough. It was an outstanding customer experience! Ryan was amazing took his time explained everything to me and fixed my plumbing issue. Very respectful great work.

Your plumbing technician, Dylan Barnard came this morning and repaired my shower/tub control as well updated my toilet. He is a very attentive, capable young man . Willingly answered my questions and concerns. Gave me his card and said if I had any further questions I could call. Excellent experience.

Phil Dennis of Reliance just did a remove and replacement of our tankless water heater. He was on time, friendly, professional with a “gold standard” level of customer service!! Job well done!

Adam was here to install a water heater. He wore all his protective wear and was very professional. While working he was also very pleasant. The old heater was alot bigger than the new one so he went over and above to ensure we were left with hot water. This is the kind of service we love and why we keep our business with reliance. We just had some electrical work completed by Reliance Yanch. I believe the employees name was Brad? Brad was extremely impressive. He was very efficient and very knowledgeable about many things in our home, not just electrical. It was like he could do the work without even thinking about it. Brad also recommended a water softener which we are getting more information on this week.

I had a new air conditioner and furnace installed. Bobby called to let me know their ETA. Both installers were friendly, efficient and professional. They protected my floors, maintained public health protocols and cleaned up everything before they left. I would highly recommend Reliance for repairs or installation. Service was excellent. I called at noon and our furnace was fixed by 2:30 the same day by a very knowledgeable and professional technician. The problem was diagnosed within minutes and repaired. My wife and I are very relieved. It may be spring but it's still minus zero! Thank you very much and I will use Reliance Yanch every time!

As luck would have it, our furnace decided to quit on the coldest weekend of the year. We had a service team in within 2 hours of our call and a new furnace and AC unit ordered, delivered and installed the next day. Despite the snowstorm and frigid temperatures, the repair crew were professional, friendly and took extreme care to keep the house protected from the work they had to do both indoors and out.
