The week of April 10-14/17 I called the Cambridge Reliance office to arrange a quote for a new furnace and AC. On April 17/17 Marty Cohen knocked on my door. After a complete breakdown of options and features for new units I signed the paper and the units where set to be installed on April 19/17. Marty was a super sales rep walking my wife and I through the process. I appreciate an excellent sales rep as I have been in sales all my working life. Two Reliance installers arrived as expected with the new units. Again excellent service and work. They fully explained everything they were doing right down to showing how the new control thermostat works. It seemed like no time and the installers where in and out.
