We had an issue with the toilet. The plumber arrived and stayed 6 feet back from the door. He made sure we were comfortable with him coming in. He asked if anyone in the house was sick. He had all PPE on. He was able to fix the problem with the toilet within about 20 min. He was very polite and professional. I am so glad I decided to continue with the plumbing program.

We have used Reliance for plumbing, furnace and duct cleaning and more and couldn't be more satisfied with their service. Every time I have had to call, the representatives have always been helpful, polite and friendly. The plumbers and furnace and hvac technicians have always been professional, knowledgeable and friendly and not a long wait time for the services either. We will continue to trust Reliance with any repairs and service required

Chris installed our combined chlorine remover and water softener. He phoned us and told us when he would arrive, He was true to his word. He was courteous, professional and had a sense of humor. He took time explaining how the system works and how to ensure its smooth operation for the future . Nothing negative to report here. All in all, a good experience.

Bill (the serviceman) called me ahead of time to say he was on his way. He did a thorough job of servicing the furnace and the air conditioner. He showed me different features that existed on the furnace that I didn’t know were there. Very professional and friendly

Our furnace stopped heating up beyond 18°c but we have Reliance furnace insurance, so I called them. Someone was at the house within 3 hours. He was kind, explained everything, and answered all my questions.

Rob is the most helpful Furnace expert we’ve come across. He was able to determine all sorts of little things that were contributing to our heat not working optimally and he located the source of beeping that was driving us nuts for weeks. It turned out to be the gas meter outside, but it was coming on at the same time as the furnace every time and everyone else was so confused. Rob figured it out when others just thought we were crazy. Thank you Rob!!

Great service provided by technician Rob yesterday. Friendly, on-time, professional - spent time explaining things to us, and gave us some very helpful hints on our equipment (recommended a cheaper and more effective furnace filter, for instance). Excellent customer service!

My furnace stopped working yesterday. This morning I called Reliance. The technician (name: Ian) came on time. He is very knowledgeable and explained everything carefully, and polite. Quickly identified the problem and fixed it to my satisfaction. Overall, "excellent" service
