Very thorough maintenance testing. Technician explained the process during the testing and what to do and look for over the next year. Cleaned the outside unit and inspected interior A/C-Heat pump fans & filters. He answered all customer questions for potential problems and costs involved. Will call back next year for annual inspection. We will be repeat customers.
