The Heating, Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Institute of Canada (HRAI) is a national association that represents more than 1,300 heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) manufacturers, wholesalers and contractors and provides Canadians with the tools and information necessary to ensure their total indoor environment comfort.

The Technical Standards and Safety Authority (TSSA) is a not-for-profit, self-funded organization dedicated to enhancing public safety on behalf of the government of Ontario. TSSA’s Boilers and Pressure Vessels (BPV) Safety Program regulates all pressure-retaining components manufactured or used in Ontario to ensure boilers, pressure vessels and piping systems conform to the Technical Standards and Safety Act, applicable regulations, codes and standards. TSSA performs the required installation inspection for all boilers, pressure vessels and piping systems in Ontario.
