The reliance team of Rob and Kyle did a fantastic job installing our new furnace and air conditioner . Guys worked a long day to get the job done. Went above and beyond to ensure a great experience. Would recommend them.
Thanks to the complete Reliance Team. My furnace broke down. A tech was out right away. I decided it was time to get a new furnace and a/c. Paul came out to give me some quotes and by 8am the next day the installation team was here. They were kind, quick, clean and informative. Everything is working great and it’s nice to have no more worries! Thank you!!

Your Furnace Repair Checklist
We’re always happy to send one of our expert technicians to repair your furnace. But to help you avoid any extra expense, have you checked the following?
Is your thermostat set to heat?
It’s easy to forget to switch the thermostat setting from ‘cool’ to ‘heat’ when the temperatures start to drop. So, take a quick look and make sure that your thermostat is set to ‘heat’.
Is your furnace switch set to ‘on’?
The furnace switch – or disconnect switch – is a safety feature that disconnects power to your furnace. It’s usually found on the side of your equipment or on the wall. Sometimes, something leaning against it shuts it off or someone may shut it off and forget to turn it back on. If your furnace is not working, double-check the switch.
Is the circuit breaker on?
The circuit breaker that controls your furnace heating may have shut off. Check the breaker panel in your home, look for the furnace breaker, and make sure it is set to ‘on’.
Have you checked the furnace vents?
Furnaces can sometimes work poorly or not at all if the air vents that lead from the outside of your house to your heating system are blocked by snow, slush, dirt, debris, or small animals hiding away for the winter. It may be worthwhile to take a quick look before a technician from Relianceâ„¢ does a thorough inspection.
Does your furnace filter need to be replaced?
A dirty filter is one of the most common reasons for heating equipment to underperform. If you haven’t changed yours in three months or more, it could affect your home’s heat.
