Our AC died in the midst fo the last heat event. We called in Reliance to service the unit (17 years old) and got the word that it was not repairable. The service tech scheduled a Customer Care Person to meet with us to discuss a new unit. Dave Westwood arrived on time, explained our options including rent or purchase. As our furnace was also 17 years old I inquired about a furnace as well. Dave explained the benefits o the combination purchase which we agreed to. I had talked with a couple of local companies and found the Reliance offer the best. The installation was scheduled right way.
