Mario kindly answered all my questions (and I had a lot) about the service and HVAC equipment while the work was being performed, and he also shared additional preventative maintenance tips that I could also do myself to prolong the life of my equipment.
He was extremely thorough with the work he was doing and I could see the attention to detail that was given, even when performing some cleanup work around the equipment before he left.
