To Rent or Buy a Furnace, That Is the Question

Darren has been servicing our furnace and air conditioning unit since we became Reliance customers. Always arrives when he says he will and is always very professional. He remembers family members and is always kind enough to ask how we are doing. We really appreciate and look forward to having Darren service our equipment. Aubrey, Megh and Devon did a great job installing furnace and air conditioning and water heater. The y were very courteous and efficient. They all worked tirelessly to get the job done as fast as possible. They didn't even stop for lunch. Hard to find that kind of dedication. Great job guys.

Justin and his associate explained the issue with the air conditioning unit and detailed the process and product needed to repair the unit. They took care as they walked in and out of the house and backyard (which was particularly challenging after a big rain). I highly recommend Reliance Mackenzie, Dennis, Justin, and his team .
