Woke up this morning without hot water. Called Reliance after lunch for service and was given a time of 4-8. Technician was here at 4:30. Asad replaced a couple of parts and We had hot water!! Asad was polite and adhered to COVID protocol - wore shoe coverings, mask and gloves. Very quick service and would highly recommend!

The onsite installer (Mr. Dustin) arrived on time and really know what he was doing. The entire new on demand hot water tank job was done in less than half a day and i was really happy with his job and it also make my day go by stress free as well. I would highly recommend this onsite installer (Mr. Dustin) to anyone that need a new hot water tank or another HVAC or plumbing jobs. Thank You again Reliance.

Pieu was our service representative that come to our home to install our new Nest thermostat. He was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. We will certainly use Reliance again especially if we can have Pieu attend at our home.

We had a water heater replaced. The technician, Jerry was able to correctly diagnose our water heater issue and took the initiative to make sure we were well served by Reliance. He was experienced, professional and listened to our issues and acted right away. We are very pleased with both the technicians and would highly recommend them.

The technician (Atheer Al-Zubaidi) was awesome. With in a few minutes he was able to find the root cause. And before you know it the issue was resolved. They are well equipped and thus can fix a wide range of issues without having to run back and forth. Very professional service with a keen eye on maintaining the social distancing and safety protocols for Covid-19.

Amazing overall experience and customer service! Amir and Chris did a great job removing our broken water heater and boiler and replacing it with a new high efficiency one. They also spent the extra time to remove unnecessary pipes and equipment to add more space in the room!

The service rep. was knowledgable and very professional. He took that extra step to take care of our furnace requirements and made sure that the area was left clean.

I am very pleased with the technician that performed the annual maintenance on our A/C and Furnace. He was very thorough and explained the procedure to me before he started the process. He was very careful to wear the booties, so he didn't dirty our new carpeting on the stairs to the basement, and more importantly, he did a thorough maintenance job, even going above and beyond to explain a few maintenance issues/items to me.

Marcel was on time and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose several problems with our furnace. He explained all of the issues well, which helped us make informed decisions about how to move forward with our furnace repairs. Very happy with the service call, thank you!

Technician, Atheer Al-Zubaidi, showed up on time. Spent almost 2 hrs checking the furnace and fixing everything that was faulty. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that he did not leave until he actually found what was wrong. I am very happy with the service that was provided.
