Important information regarding delivery of your Reliance™ Bill:
Due to a postal service disruption, you may experience a delay in receiving your Reliance bill in the mail. There may also be a delay in the delivery of payments mailed to us.
To Receive your Bills on Time:
- Sign up for the ease and convenience of Reliance e-billing and always receive your bills on time.
3 Convenient ways to Pay your Bills:
- Sign up for pre-authorized payments using your bank account or credit card, or by making a one-time bank payment on myReliance
- Call 1-866-RELIANCE (735-4262), press Option 3 then Option 1 to make a real-time, one-time credit card or debit-type bank payment by phone
- Visit any major Canadian financial institution (allow up to 5 business days for processing) or online through your financial institution’s website
